Playbook ONE User Agreement
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 Operated by: Blue Liquid Tech LLC Contact: hello@playbookone.app
This User Agreement sits alongside our Terms of Service - the Terms cover the legal relationship between you and Blue Liquid Tech; this document covers what we expect from you day-to-day, broken out by role. Everyone using Playbook ONE agrees to Section 1. Sections 2-5 apply based on your role(s).
1. For Everyone
- Be accurate. Enter real information about yourself and, where applicable, about games and players. Don't fabricate stats, scores, or roster entries.
- Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive conduct toward other users - players, scorekeepers, admins, or opposing teams - anywhere in the Service.
- One account, your own. Don't share your login, impersonate someone else, or create an account on behalf of another adult without their knowledge.
- Report problems. If you see a wrong stat, a data error, or a safety concern, use the correction-request flow or contact your league admin/owner. Don't try to fix it yourself by entering false counter-data.
- Violating this section can result in a warning, suspension, or termination of your account, at Blue Liquid Tech's or your league's discretion.
2. Players (and Parents/Guardians Registering a Player)
- If you're a parent/guardian registering a child, you confirm you have the authority to do so and consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy, including Section 5 (Children's Privacy).
- Your stats and roster info (name, jersey number, team, position, gender where relevant to scoring) are visible to your teammates, your league's admins/scorekeepers, and - if your league enables it - the public via a league schedule page. If you have concerns about visibility, contact your league owner.
- You can request a correction to any stat you believe is wrong. Corrections are reviewed by league staff, not made automatically.
- Game video, where a league uploads it, may include your (or your child's) likeness. Contact your league owner about their video policy before games if this is a concern.
3. Scorekeepers
- You're responsible for the accuracy of what you record. Manual entry and voice entry both require your review before a play is finalized.
- AI-assisted voice entry is a suggestion, not an automatic record. When you use hold-to-speak, your device converts speech to text, and our AI (Anthropic's Claude) parses that text into a proposed play. You must confirm, edit, or reject it before it's saved - nothing the AI parses is written to the game record without your action.
- Every voice-parsed play, including your confirm/edit/reject decision, is logged for audit and correction purposes. This protects you if a play is later disputed - the record will show what was proposed and what you actually approved.
- Enter plays promptly and in good faith. Don't intentionally misrecord scores, stats, or events.
- You may be removed as a scorekeeper by your league owner/admin at their discretion, per your league's own arrangement with them.
4. League Admins
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the rosters, teams, and season data you manage.
- You must have appropriate consent before adding a player to the platform - for adults, their knowledge and agreement; for minors, parent/guardian consent per Privacy Policy Section 5.
- You act as the primary point of contact for players and parents on your league's data - questions about visibility, corrections, and deletion requests should generally route through you, with Blue Liquid Tech available for escalation at hello@playbookone.app.
- Keep your admin credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
5. League Owners
- Everything in Section 4 applies to you as well.
- You're responsible for safeguarding your League Owner Portal access code and for who on your staff has access to it.
- If your league collects registration/season fees through the Service, you're responsible for your league's own refund policy and communicating it to your registrants - Blue Liquid Tech processes payment via Stripe but doesn't set your league's refund terms.
- A separate League/Organization Agreement will govern the business relationship between your league and Blue Liquid Tech - including season fees payable to Blue Liquid Tech, data-controller responsibilities for your league's roster (especially minors), and indemnification specific to running a youth or adult sports league. Until that agreement is in place, this User Agreement and the Terms of Service govern your use of the Service.
6. Acknowledgment
By using Playbook ONE, you acknowledge you've read this User Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy, and agree to them for the role(s) your account holds.
